Elissa & Ian in Lakeview East, Chicago

I met these Elissa and Ian Clark in our small group late winter / early spring. They moved to Chicago about a year and a half ago from North Carolina, and we happen to live in the same neighborhood. My husband and I have been grateful to get to know them over the past few months, and I've been wanting to photograph them from day one. :)

So I met them at their abode on a perfectly warm summer Saturday afternoon and had a blast capturing a bit of their love and their quirky cute French Bulldog Waffles Benedict. This fam made my job easy with their go-with-the-flow disposition and trust in me. It's one of the best feelings to create knowing my clients are just as excited to see what kind of magic God has in store for us as I am.
